Why does it have so much sodium?
Electrolytes are basically sodium. Within You Hydration has a similar amount of sodium to other hydration products on the market.
Can I take this while fasting?
YES. Hydration will not kick you out since it has no calories.
What can I mix it in?
We recommend mixing it with 12oz of water, but you could put it in any liquid. The Salted Caramel flavor mixes excellent in coffee. You can always mix it in more than 12oz of water if you don't want as concentrated of a flavor.
